This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content (no fonts, maps, videos or social-media plugins from external servers). We only process personal data to the extent necessary to operate the website and to answer enquiries.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH. When pages are accessed, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, referrer URL). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: we have a legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website. The data is stored only for as long as is necessary for this purpose. Insofar as the host acts as a processor on our behalf, processing is based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, email address, optionally a phone number, the topic you chose and your message. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry. The data is not stored in the database of this website but is sent to us by email. By submitting the form you confirm that you have read this privacy policy and consent to the processing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); if your enquiry aims at a contract, for example singing lessons, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies. The same applies if you write to us directly by email. We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
